Meet Heather Pardieu
Founder and Principal Designer of Foxfeather Design, an interior design studio dedicated to creating beautiful, inspiring spaces that people feel drawn to return to again and again.
Known for her ability to build dynamic worlds of color, texture, and thoughtful detail, Heather approaches every project with the intention of crafting environments that are inspiring, comfortable, functional, and elegant but always carrying a sense of play. Before launching Foxfeather Design, Heather spent her time working as a fashion stylist. Her background in fashion deeply informs her design perspective, bringing a refined sense of composition, layering, and storytelling to interiors. Just as great style balances color, texture, and silhouette, Heather believes a well-designed space should feel curated, expressive, and personal.
Heather’s work is guided by a sharp eye for detail and a deep curiosity about the world around her. She gathers inspiration from her travels, studying history, shopping flea markets, architecture, nature, museums, and the creative influence of her friends. These diverse sources shape the distinctive character of her interiors, which blend sophistication with warmth and individuality.
Heather received her certificate in Architecture of Interiors, from UCLA Extension, where she developed the technical and conceptual foundations that support her creative vision.
Through Foxfeather Design, Heather is passionate about helping clients create spaces that feel both beautiful and meaningful—places that inspire daily living while reflecting the unique personalities of the people who inhabit them.
At Foxfeather Design, every space begins with a story.
I am particularly drawn to the details that give a space its character.
Often it’s the subtle elements that bring a room to life—the texture of a fabric, the patina of a vintage piece, the curve of a chair, or the way colors interact within natural light. These thoughtful details create depth and personality, transforming a space from something simply designed into something truly lived-in and memorable.
I enjoy layering these elements in a way that feels natural and collected over time, allowing each space to feel unique, personal, and rich with character.
I believe great design has the power to shape how we feel in a space.
The environments we live in should not only be beautiful, but also supportive of everyday life—places that invite us to slow down, gather, and feel inspired.
